Susanne Altendorfer-Kaiser

Ms. Altendorfer-Kaiser is since 2019 in organizational development and business organization at LKH-Univ. Klinikum Graz. She focusses at the management and implementation of reorganization projects on organization and processes. Altendorfer-Kaiser involves introduction and training of the new processes and procedures in the organizational units with all professional groups. She was part of the implementation of the Lean Academy. Before working in the heath fields she was

assistant professor at the Chair of Industrial Logistics, Montanuniversity, Leoben.

After she was a research assistant and doctorate at Christian Doppler and Laboratory Embedded Software, Paris Lodron University Salzburg.
